This quick and easy Strawberries & Cream White Chocolate Fudge recipe makes the perfect homemade gift for Valentines Day, Mother's Day and beyond!
I don't know about you, but my January whizzed by this year - I can't believe that February is here already!
Valentines Day is fast approaching so today I'm adding to my collection of Valentines Day recipe ideas with a special treat in the form of these Strawberries & Cream White Chocolate Fudge Hearts.
I've shared a few different variations on my 3 ingredient chocolate fudge recipe here on the blog over the last few years, most recently in the run up to Christmas with my 3 ingredient fudge, 4 ways recipe post, but this is definitely one of my favourite flavours!
I created this delicious (but oh so simple!) strawberries and cream version for wedding favours at a family wedding about 5 years ago, and it works perfectly for an easy Valentines Day treat too.

Strawberries & Cream White Chocolate Fudge Hearts
Ingredients:
- 600g white chocolate
- 400g tin condensed milk
- 40g freeze dried strawberries
Method:
Line a small rectangular baking tray or cake tin with baking parchment.
Break or chop the white chocolate into pieces and place in a large microwavable bowl. Pour over the condensed milk and mix together well.
Pop the bowl into the microwave and heat in short bursts of around 30 seconds, taking it out and stirring in between, until the chocolate has almost melted. Be very careful not to overheat.
Once the chocolate is melted, beat well with a wooden spoon until it all comes together smoothly.
Add the freeze dried strawberries to the fudge mixture and quickly stir to combine.
Tip the fudge into the tin and spread around into an even layer. Use a palette knife or spatula to smooth the top down.
Pop the tray of fudge into the fridge and leave to set.
Once it has set hard, remove from the tin and cut into hearts, using a small heart shaped cutter.
You could also slice the fudge into blocks or small squares if you prefer - they look lovely popped into a cellophane bag and tied with a pretty ribbon for an extra special gift!

Wiesia says
Hi there,
Do you think I can melt in double boiler since I don’t use microwave?
Wiesia
Grace Hall says
Hi Wiesia, yes a double boiler would work just as well. Thank you, Grace
Pippa says
I can’t find freeze dried strawberries anywhere, what could I use as an alternative please?
Grace Hall says
Hi Pippa,
Other freeze dried fruits would also work - raspberries or blueberries for example, or normal dried fruit is also nice - cranberries or cherries are lovely. You can also make it without adding anything extra - just plain white chocolate fudge if that is easier. Hope that helps!
Pippa says
Thank you, that’s very helpful!! I’ll do just that 🙂 x
Gillian Finlay says
Any idea how many hearts this would make please, Thinking of making them for a wedding
regards Gill
Grace Hall says
Hi Gill, it really depends on the size of your heart cutter, I got about 42 hearts from this batch. I've also made them for a wedding in the past and they went down very well!
Helen says
Hi, just wondering how long in advance they could be made, would love to do these as favours for my wedding but not if they have to be made the day before!! Thank you x
Grace Hall says
Hi Helen,
I've made these for wedding favours before, and they can be made a week or so in advance, they last really well as long as they are stored somewhere fairly cool. Hope that helps!
Helen says
Great Thank you!
Sarah says
Can I use fresh strawberries instead of freeze dried?
Grace Hall says
Hi Sarah, I've never tried fresh fruit with this fudge so I can't advise it for sure but if you do want to try fresh strawberries the fudge would have to be stored in the fridge until served and eaten within a day or two. Hope that helps, please let me know if you do try it as I'd love to hear how it turns out!
Ola says
Hi Can I use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk to make it not be very sweet?
Thank you
Grace Hall says
Hello, I haven't tried it with evaporated milk so I can't say for sure but as they are very similar apart from the sugar content it might be worth trying? I have to admit I'm intrigued by this idea and might well give it a go myself to see if it sets OK!
