    Yogurt Fruity Pizzas

    Ingredients (makes 6):

    • 150g greek yogurt
    • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
    • handful strawberries
    • handful raspberries
    • handful blueberries
    • 6 mini pancakes*

    Method:

Measure out the yoghurt into a bowl and add the maple syrup or honey. Stir until combined.

Wash the fruit in cold water and drain on kitchen paper. Chop the tops off the strawberries and if they are quite large, cut into smaller pieces.

Lay out the pancakes out on a chopping board or plate. Place a dollop of yoghurt on each pancake and swirl around with the back of a spoon to cover.

Top with the fruit, laying it out in pretty patterns to decorate if wanted.

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
