    Easy Red, White and Blue Fruit Salad Jars Recipe

    These fun and easy red white and blue fruit salad jars recipe make a great Royal Jubilee Dessert

    I've shared lots of Royal Jubilee inspired recipes on the blog this month, and this fun and easy red, white and blue fruit salad jars recipe is the final one I have to share with you, until the next Royal celebration anyway!

    These summer berry fruit salad jars make a great special breakfast or healthy dessert. With the red and blue fruit and white yogurt, all the colours of the British flag are included for a fun patriotic treat!

    How to make fun and easy berry fruit salad jars - easy recipe for the Royal Jubilee

    Kids will love the novelty of eating from a jar and you can easily make them in bulk for a gorgeous dessert for a street party or family celebration!

    Cute and easy red white and blue fruit salad jars recipe to celebrate the Royal Jubilee

    Red, White and Blue Fruit Salad Jars

    Ingredients (serves 2):

    • 100g strawberries
    • 75g red grapes
    • 75g blueberries
    • 75g raspberries
    • ½ Tbsp honey
    • 1 Tbsp orange juice
    • 3 Tbsp thick Greek yogurt

    Method:

    Prepare the fruit; wash and hull the strawberries then cut into quarters, wash the grapes and cut in half lengthways, wash the blueberries and raspberries.

    Place all the fruit in bowl.

    In a small bowl, whisk the honey and orange juice together. Pour this dressing over the fruit.

    Toss the fruit together until well combined and coated in the dressing.

    Pop a few pieces of fruit aside for decorating, then divide the remaining fruit between 2 clean jars.

    Spoon yogurt over the top, then top with the fruit you put aside earlier.

    For an extra patriotic touch, finish with a paper flag to decorate.
