This patriotic red, white and blue fudge recipe is the perfect treat for celebrating the Coronation with family and friends!

Super simple red white and blue chocolate fudge recipe to celebrate the Royal Jubilee

I've been having so much fun creating recipes to celebrate the Royal Jubilee this month, and this super easy but totally yummy red, white and blue chocolate fudge is no exception! It would be perfect for giving as gifts to friends and family over the bank holiday weekend, or cut it into pieces and pop it out on the table at your Coronation celebrations!

How to make fun and easy red white and blue chocolate fudge - 5 minute recipe with just 4 ingredients

I used my super simple microwave chocolate fudge recipe, and adapted it for the occasion by adding lots of red, white and blue sprinkles for a really pretty patriotic treat!

You can buy red, white and blue sprinkles in the shops, but I made up my own mixture using a few different sprinkle mixes I already had in the cupboard.

If you haven't tried this type of chocolate fudge before, you won't believe how easy it is to make! It takes just 5 minutes to make using the microwave (or melt the chocolate over the stovetop if you don't have one) and has just 4 simple ingredients!

This super easy red white and blue chocolate fudge recipe is perfect for the Royal Jubilee or 4th July

Red, White and Blue Chocolate Fudge

    Ingredients:

    • 600g white chocolate
    • 400g tin condensed milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 60g red, white and blue sprinkles

    Method:

Line a 20cm x 30cm baking tray or cake tin with baking paper.

Break or chop the white chocolate into pieces and place in a large microwavable bowl.  Pour over the condensed milk and mix together.

Pop the bowl into the microwave and heat in short bursts of around 30 seconds, taking it out and stirring in between, until the chocolate has almost melted.  Be very careful not to overheat.

Once the chocolate is just melted, add the vanilla extract and beat well with a wooden spoon until it all comes together smoothly.

Add a third of the sprinkles to the fudge mixture and quickly stir to combine.

Tip the fudge into the tin and spread around into an even layer.  Use a palette knife or spatula to smooth the top down.

Scatter the remaining sprinkles over the top of the fudge and press them gently into the top.

Pop the fudge into the fridge and leave to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.  Once the fudge has set hard, remove from the tin and cut into pieces.
