    Child-Friendly Maple Mustard Sausages

    Ingredients:

    • 30 cocktail sausages (uncooked)
    • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 Tbs american style mild yellow mustard

    Method:

Start by pre-heating the oven to 200°C (Gas mark 6/400°F).

Lightly oil a small roasting tin or baking tray then add the sausages.

Roast the sausages in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through and brown.

Once cooked, remove the sausages from the oven and drain all the fat from the roasting tin.
