    Star Wars Lunch

Continuing the space theme that Small Child has been studying at school recently, I thought it was a good time to make him a Star Wars themed lunch. Small Child has not yet seen Star Wars (I can't wait till he's old enough to watch it with me!) but he seems to know all about it from friends, and thinks that its all very cool. I got these Star Wars accessories when I ordered some bento stuff from the US recently, and love them - they did a great job of making a simple lunch very exciting!

In this lunch Small Child had a tortilla wrap, filled with organic houmous, shredded roast chicken and lettuce, cut in half and decorated with a Darth Vader cupcake ring and plastic lightsaber.  On the side he had raw red, yellow and orange pepper sticks, decorated with a Storm Trooper cupcake ring.  He also had clementine segments, red grapes skewered on plastic lightsabers and a tub of organic vanilla yoghurt topped with some star sprinkles.

He seemed to enjoy his Star Wars lunch, especially the lightsabers!
