I think that today's sheep themed bento lunch is quite appropriate for this time of year - I had a mini holiday in Cornwall last week and saw so many new lambs in the fields while I was there, pure cuteness! I also wanted to try out the sheep design of my CuteZcute Animal Palz set, which incidentally is now available in the Eats Amazing Shop if you want to give it a try too!
In this lunch Small Child had a hard boiled egg, shaped into a sheep using the CuteZcute Animal Palz set, some cucumber slices and a couple of raw sugar snap peas (under the cucumber), leftover new potatoes, served cold and decorated with a few leaf picks and a cute little lamb pick, some red grapes, decorated with clover picks and a lamb cupcake ring, and a portion of natural yoghurt, with a little honey swirled in the top. I finished the lunch off with a few dark chocolate chips, which I topped with a little edible sheep decoration, by request of Small Child. This lunch was packed in our Yumbox Classic.
Here's a close up of the boiled egg sheep. It was so easy to do and turned out really well!
Small Child really loved his sheep lunch, he had been requesting one for a while, and I thought he was just feeling seasonal but it turned out he had his eye on the little sugar sheep in my cake decorating supplies box! He was very pleased indeed that I included it as a special treat!

Adorable sheep-themed lunch. I like the hard-boiled egg sheep. I've never tried to make one....
