    Green Lunch

This lunch was a simple one thrown together when my cupboards were looking a bit bare (that seems to happen often, I really need to get more organised!).  Whilst I was making it, I thought that there was a lot of green going into the lunchbox, so I finished it off with a selection of green food picks and called it a green themed lunch!

In this lunch Small Child had a fruit and mixed seed oat bar, cut into pieces, some pretzel sticks, a frog shaped silicone cup filled with green grapes and topped with a leaf pick, a fun pea pod shaped silicone cup filled with mixed dried fruit (raisins, cranberries & blueberries), topped with various green animal picks, raw sugar snap peas and cucumber slices, topped with a giraffe pick, and a mini Babybel cheese, in a green star shaped silicone cup.

Small Child didn't eat much of this lunch at school, but he was a feeling a bit under the weather at the time.  He did eat most of what was left as an after school snack though, so not much went to waste, and it meant I didn't have to put a separate snack together either, which is always a bonus!

It's cute isn't it, I had some in the shop but they sold out really quickly! Getting some back in soon 🙂

What a cute lunchbox! I love making nice lunchboxes for little man (and me!). I am already following you on Pinterest, but I will get your newsletters to make sure I do not miss anything in the future. Mel
