    Frozen Pineapple Ice Pops Recipe

Today I'm sharing a really simple idea that just came to me recently, one of those 'I can't believe I never thought of that before' ideas, in the form of these frozen pineapple ice pops.

We have been a bit obsessed with freezing things in the Eats Amazing household recently, but on the plus side our freezer has been dispensing a steady supply of fun and healthy cold snacks when the sun has been shining and I certainly won't need to buy any ice lollies this summer! It feels great to know that we can avoid all the artificial colours and flavours and that my children won't miss them one bit.

These pineapple ice pops are quite literally the easiest ice lollies you could make, with no special equipment or ice lolly moulds needed, just a few cake pop or lollipop sticks and some pineapple rings! They're made from whole fruit, so count towards your five a day too.

If you'd like to see how I made them, check out the video below!
