Postage is charged at a set rate of £2.95 per order to all UK addresses, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
The Eats Amazing Shop website is currently only set up to take orders for dispatch to UK addresses. Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping at this time.
When setting up the Eats Amazing Shop my aim was to bring reasonably priced bento supplies to the UK. I therefore try to keep my prices as low as possible so that more people can join in the bento fun! Please bear in mind that I have paid international postage, customs charges and taxes on most of the items that I sell so that you don’t have to.
I update the shop regularly with fresh stock, so don’t forget to come back and see what is new!

When will I receive my order?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. If there is likely be a significant delay, (during the holidays for example), there will be a notice at the top of the site to inform customers. To keep costs low, all orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post so may take a couple of days to arrive. If you haven’t received your order two weeks after dispatch, please contact me so that I can chase the parcel up with Royal Mail.
But I need my order in a hurry!
Please drop me an email via firstname.lastname@example.org and I will aim to get your order out ASAP. I can also upgrade orders to 1st class mail at no extra charge if extra speedy delivery is necessary.
I’d like to buy a specific bento item, can you stock it?
If there is anything that you would like to see in the Eats Amazing Shop, please contact me via email@example.com so that I can look into stocking it for you.
I’ve changed my mind, can I return my purchases?
Absolutely, if you’ve changed your mind and no longer required your purchases, please send me an email via firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you all the details you need to return your purchase and obtain a refund. Please note, unless the item is faulty, items must be returned in original factory packaging to qualify for a refund.
I’ve received a faulty item, what can I do?
Please send me an email via email@example.com so that we can sort that out for you ASAP. If you need to return a faulty item, we will either replace or refund the item in full, including postage charges.
