Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 3 full size shredded wheat biscuits
  • 3 minstrels chocolates
  • 12 x candy eyeballs

Instructions

  • Break up the milk chocolate and place it in a microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between each one to ensure it melts evenly. Be careful not to overheat or burn the chocolate, heat only until just melted and smooth.
  • Gently crush the shredded wheat over the bowl of chocolate. Working quickly, stir the mixture until the shredded wheat is broken up and fully coated in the chocolate. Spoon the mixture into 6 silicone cupcake cases.
  • Slice the minstrels in half, then push one half into the top of each cake, cut-side down for the noses. Finish each wookiee cake off with two candy eyeballs.
  • Pop in the fridge until the chocolate has set, then serve and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an air-tight container in a cool dry place. These cakes will keep for several days if stored properly.
