Valentine's Day Fruit Salad
This cute Valentines fruit salad with simple strawberry hearts makes a lovely healthy Valentine's Day dessert or treat for kids!

- ½ punnet 250g red grapes
- 200 g pomegrante seeds
- 1 punnet 150g raspberries
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 6 strawberries
Wash and slice the grapes lengthways. Place in a bowl with the pomegranate seeds and raspberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice and honey until combined.
Pour the juice and honey mixture over the bowl of fruit, then mix it all together with a large spoon until the fruit is coated in the dressing.
Hull the strawberries by cutting a V into the top to remove the leaves. Cut each strawberry in half so that they form hearts.
Place the fruit salad into a serving bowl then top with the strawberry hearts to decorate.
