These simple summer berry skewers with honey vanilla dip make a great healthy dessert for summer. These easy to make fruit kebabs are perfect for serving up as party food, at a tea party or barbecue or for packing up and taking on a picnic too!

Ingredients
For the dip:
200gthick Greek yogurt
2-3tsphoney
1tspvanilla extract
For the skewers (makes 10):
10fresh strawberries
½punnet75g blueberries
10fresh raspberries
10bamboo or plastic skewers
Instructions
First make up the dip; Measure the yogurt into a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and 1-2 tsp honey to taste.
Stir really well until the ingredients are combined and the yogurt is smooth.
Transfer the yogurt to a serving bowl, then drizzle another teaspoon of honey over the top.
Once the dip is ready, make up the skewers.
Hull the strawberries. Thread blueberries, strawberries and raspberries onto your skewers. You can follow a pattern or pop them onto the sticks any way you like!
Place the bowl of dip and berry skewers on a serving plate or platter and serve immediately.
Notes
Note: Both the dip and the skewers can be made in advance - cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
