- 6 bone in chicken thighs with skin
- 1 sachet Schwartz Grilling Glaze Sticky BBQ
- 50 ml cold water
- lettuce leaves
- coleslaw
- 6 bread rolls
Cook the chicken on the BBQ for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, turning regularly as you do so. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
Mix the BBQ Glaze with the water in a saucepan and heat for 3-4 minutes.
While the glaze is heating, pull the chicken apart with two forks and discard the bones and any excess skin.
Place the pulled chicken meat in a bowl and pour over the BBQ Glaze sauce, stir it to combine and serve in the bread rolls with crunchy coleslaw.
