Ingredients

  • 6 bone in chicken thighs with skin
  • 1 sachet Schwartz Grilling Glaze Sticky BBQ
  • 50 ml cold water
  • lettuce leaves
  • coleslaw
  • 6 bread rolls

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken on the BBQ for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, turning regularly as you do so. Remove and allow to cool slightly. 
  • Mix the BBQ Glaze with the water in a saucepan and heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • While the glaze is heating, pull the chicken apart with two forks and discard the bones and any excess skin.
  • Place the pulled chicken meat in a bowl and pour over the BBQ Glaze sauce, stir it to combine and serve in the bread rolls with crunchy coleslaw.
