Ingredients

  • 4 strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • handful blueberries
  • ½ kiwi fruit
  • ¼ fresh mango

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients; wash, hull and chop the strawberries, wash the raspberries, wash and halve the blueberries, peel and chop the kiwi fruit, peel, stone and chop the mango.
  • Divide and drop the fruit into 2 small bottles or glasses, a few pieces at a time, layering by fruit colour. We started with strawberries, then raspberries, blueberries, kiwi and mango.
  • Fill the bottle to the top with cold tap water or chilled filtered water if you prefer. Add a straw if wanted and screw on the lid if you have one.
  • Leave to infuse for 10 minutes then serve and enjoy! Once the water has all been drunk, you can continue to fill and refill the fruit filled bottle all day long. I’d recommend filling it up and popping it in the fridge between drinks to keep the water chilled and the fruit fresh.

Notes

Note: At the end of the day when you have finished with the water, tip out the fruit, drain in a colander then enjoy as an instant healthy snack or dessert!
