- natural yogurt
- ½ fresh mango
- 1 kiwi fruit
- handful blueberries
- handful red grapes
- ½ punnet fresh strawberries
Prepare the fruit - peel and chop the mango and kiwi fruit into bite-sized chunks, wash the blueberries, wash and halve the grapes, wash, hull and chop the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
Drop spoonful's of the natural yogurt into the bottom of a sundae glass. If you don't have a sundae glass then any tall glass will work just as well. Layer the fruit in the glass one colour at a time. I started with mango because I think it goes particularly nicely with natural yogurt, then topped with kiwi, blueberries, grapes and finally strawberries.
