Healthy Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g Oats
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 1 tbs Vegetable Oil
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 50 g Dried Cranberries
  • 50 g Dried Apricots

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 200°C (Gas mark 6/400°F).  Measure out the oats, honey and oil and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Tip the mixture into a roasting tin and spread out in one even layer.  Bake for 15 minutes, shaking half way through.  Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • Meanwhile, chop the apricots into small pieces and mix with the raisins and cranberries.  When the oats are cool, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Store in an airtight jar or container.
