Healthy Homemade Granola Recipe

- 200 g Oats
- 2 tbs Honey
- 1 tbs Vegetable Oil
- 50 g Raisins
- 50 g Dried Cranberries
- 50 g Dried Apricots
Heat the oven to 200°C (Gas mark 6/400°F). Measure out the oats, honey and oil and mix together in a large bowl.
Tip the mixture into a roasting tin and spread out in one even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, shaking half way through. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, chop the apricots into small pieces and mix with the raisins and cranberries. When the oats are cool, mix all the ingredients together.
Store in an airtight jar or container.
