- 350 ml milk
- 1 large banana
- 75 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 75 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g yoghurt (I used strawberry flavour)
Measure out the milk and pour into a blender, or a large jug if you are using a stick blender.
Peel the banana, break into chunks and drop into the milk. Add the raspberries and strawberries, then dollop the yoghurt on top.
Whizz up with the blender until smooth then serve immediately.
