Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 175 g SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Smooth
  • 275 g icing sugar
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • edible candy eyeballs

Instructions

  • First heat the butter until just melted. You can do this in a small saucepan on the hob or in the microwave.
  • Measure the SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Smooth into a large bowl, then pour over the melted butter.
  • Whisk the two ingredients together until smooth and full combined.
  • Add the icing sugar and whisk again until it is completely mixed in. Your mixture should resemble breadcrumbs at this point, so pull it together with clean hands to form a dough.
  • Line a small baking tray or plate with greaseproof or baking paper.
  • Break off pieces of the dough and roll into walnut-sized balls. Place them on the lined tray and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
  • Melt the white chocolate and spoon into a disposable piping bag or small freezer bag. Snip the corner off the bag and pipe a generous zigzag of chocolate lines over the top of each chilled peanut butter ball, so that they resemble mummies.
  • Working quickly, add 2 edible candy eyeballs to the top of each mummy.
  • Chill the peanut butter mummies in the fridge again until the white chocolate has completely set.
