- 8 strawberry flavour mini rice cakes
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- Fresh berries I used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
Spread a little cream cheese over one side of each rice cake.
Prepare the fruit - cut the strawberries into round slices, halve the blueberries.
Use a selection of raspberries, strawberry slices and blueberry halves to top each mini rice cake.
Serve immediately.
