Fruit and Nut Yogurt Bites

This fruit and nut frozen yogurt bites recipe makes a great simple healthy snack idea for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • drizzle of honey to taste
  • 2 tbs desiccated coconut
  • 25 g flaked almonds
  • 60 g raisins

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray or plate with grease proof or baking paper. Be sure to check that the tray or plate will fit in your freezer before starting!
  • Pop the yogurt into a bowl and drizzle over a little honey to taste. Stir until the yogurt and honey are completely combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a baking tray and  spread out a little with the back of the spoon to create circles of yogurt.
  • Sprinkle over the desiccated coconut, flaked almonds and raisins and gently push them into the yogurt circles with your fingers.
  • Put the tray into the freezer and freeze for two hours or overnight. Once frozen solid, peel away from the paper and server or store in an airtight tub or freezer bag until ready to eat.
