This easy rainbow fruit salad recipe with simple 2 ingredient dressing makes a perfect quick and healthy dessert or breakfast for kids!

Ingredients
1ripe mango
2kiwi fruits
1clementine or mandarin orange
300gstrawberries
150ggrapes
100gblueberries
For the dressing:
2tbsorange juice
2tsp honey
Instructions
Prepare the fruit; peel, stone and chop the mango into bite size pieces, peel and chop the kiwi fruits, peel the clementine, break into segments and cut each segment in half, hull and roughly chop the strawberries and halve the grapes.
Throw all of the fruit into a large bowl and toss gently to mix together.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.
Serve immediately or cover and keep in the fridge until needed.
Notes
This fruit salad will keep well in the fridge for a day or two, but if you want to keep it any longer I'd recommend saving the dressing and adding just before serving.
