Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1 clementine or mandarin orange
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 150 g grapes
  • 100 g blueberries

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbs orange juice
  • 2 tsp  honey

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit; peel, stone and chop the mango into bite size pieces, peel and chop the kiwi fruits, peel the clementine, break into segments and cut each segment in half, hull and roughly chop the strawberries and halve the grapes.
  • Throw all of the fruit into a large bowl and toss gently to mix together.
  • Whisk the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.
  • Serve immediately or cover and keep in the fridge until needed.

Notes

This fruit salad will keep well in the fridge for a day or two, but if you want to keep it any longer I'd recommend saving the dressing and adding just before serving.
