These cute Mint flavour Oreo penguins make a fun topper for winter desserts, cakes and cupcakes! Get the kids to make them for a fun edible Christmas craft!

Ingredients
4Mint flavour Oreos
4giant white chocolate buttons
small tube of ready made writing icing
8edible candy eyeballs
4mini chocolate beans
Instructions
Gather together your supplies.
Using the writing icing, stick a white chocolate button to the front of a mint flavour Oreo, leaving a space at the top for the eyes and beak.
Attach the eyes using a little more of the writing icing, leaving a gap between them for the beak.
Attach a mini chocolate bean between the eyes, again using the writing icing as 'glue'.
Repeat until you have as many penguins as you need.
Leave the peguins lying flat (to give the writing icing a chance to dry and set) until ready to serve.
