Cheese Traffic Cones

These simple cheese traffic cones make a tasty snack for a Cars themed picnic!

Ingredients

  • 100 g red Leicester cheese
  • 70 g cheddar cheese
  • chequered paper cocktail flags

Instructions

  • Cut the cheese into thick slices. 
  • Using three different sizes of mini circle cutters, cut circles from the red Leicester cheese using the largest and the smallest cutters.
  • Cut circles from the cheddar cheese using the middle sized cutter.
  • Stack the cheese circles into cones, with the red Leicester cheese on the top and bottom and the cheddar cheese in the middle.
  • Pop a small chequered cocktail flag into the top of each cone to hold them together.
