Ingredients

  • 4 wholemeal bagels
  • 4 tsp Light mayo
  • 4 slices lean ham

Instructions

  • Split the bagels, spread each with a little light mayo and fill with one slice of lean ham each.
  • To serve, pile the bagel ‘wheels’ into a tyre stack and hold together with a long skewer topped with a chequered flag.
