- 500 g watermelon flesh
- 100 g raspberries
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 tbs honey (optional)
Roughly chop the watermelon into bite size pieces.
Throw the melon into a blender with the raspberries, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
Add honey to taste and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
