Summer Berry Fruit Salad

This easy berry fruit salad recipe is really quick to make and perfect for a healthy breakfast, brunch or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g red grapes
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice

Instructions

  • Wash and hull the strawberries then cut into quarters.
  • Wash the grapes and cut in half lengthways
  • Wash the blueberries and raspberries, then pop all the fruit in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the honey and orange juice together. Pour this dressing over the fruit.
  • Mix the fruit together until well combined and coated in the dressing.

Notes

Serve with Greek yogurt for a delicious breakfast or dessert.
