- 200 g frozen mixed red berries
- 200 ml apple juice
- honey or maple syrup to taste
- 50 g Greek yogurt
Throw the frozen berries and apple juice into a blender and whizz together until smooth.
Add honey or maple syrup to taste then whizz up again until combined.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl. You should have a smooth mixture thick enough to eat with a spoon.
Smooth the top of the smoothie mixture with the back of a spoon ready for the spider web.
To make the spider web on top, first give the yogurt a good stir then spoon it into a small plastic bag and squeeze the yogurt into one corner.
Snip off the corner to form a piping bag.
Carefully pipe the yogurt onto the top of the smoothie bowl in a rough spiral pattern.
Using a skewer or cocktail stick, draw lines through the top of the smoothie bowl from middle to edges to make the spider web pattern, then serve.
