Marshmallow Bunnies

These cute and easy Marshmallow Bunnies make a great Easter treat for kids!

Equipment

  • kitchen scissors or small sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 6 pink marshmallows
  • 6 white marshmallows
  • 9 pink mini marshmallows
  • 9 white mini marshmallows
  • black and pink edible marker pens
  • tubes of pink and white writing icing

Instructions

  • Draw a bunny face on the side of a pink marshmallow with the edible marker pens.
  • With a clean pair of kitchen scissors, cut a pink mini marshmallow in half length-ways, to make two bunny ears.
  • Stick the mini marshmallow ears onto the top of the decorated marshmallow, using pink writing icing as edible 'glue'.
  • Cut a white mini marshmallow in half width-ways, to make two round bunny tails.
  • Stick a bunny tail onto the back of your marshmallow bunny using white writing icing.
  • Repeat with the remaining pink marshmallows, then do the same with the white marshmallows, reversing the colours so that they have white ears and pink tails.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
