Ingredients

  • handful green and red grapes
  • handful cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Wash the grapes and cherry tomatoes and dry with kitchen paper. If making for a toddler or young child, slice each grape and tomato in half lenthways, keeping the two halves together.
  • Cut off a strip of greaseproof or baking paper about 2 ½ inches wide then cut the strip into 4 or 5 pieces.
  • Place a grape in the middle of the paper and tightly roll it up. Twist each end of the paper to hold the grape in place, it should look like a wrapped sweet.
  • Repeat with as many grapes and tomatoes as you need. If using cut grapes/tomatoes, gently press the two halves together before placing in the paper and rolling up - they should fall apart back into halves once opened.

Notes

Notes: To make them look even more like sweets, try serving them up in a glass jar or paper bag, fun! Be sure to supervise young children closely when feeding them grapes and tomatoes as they can be a choking hazard.
