Lay out 12 silicone cups onto a small baking tray or plate.
Break up the white chocolate and pop it in a microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolate by cooking at 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between. White chocolate melts more quickly than other types of chocolate, so take care not to burn it!
Once melted and lump free, drop a spoonful of melted white chocolate into each of the silicone cups.
Once all the white chocolate has been used up, carefully tap the tray or plate with the silicone cups on onto your work surface to get rid of any air bubbles and to smooth out the layer of chocolate in each cup.
Scatter a generous layer of sprinkles on top of the chocolate in each cup.
Place the tray or plate into the fridge to set for half an hour or so. It helps if the chocolate is really cold for the next step.
Pop the jazzies out of each of the silicone cups and if you’re giving them as gifts, wrap them up. They'd look really lovely in little cupcake boxes or cellophane bags tied with a pretty ribbon!
Store the finished jazzies in the fridge or somewhere fairly cool.
