Ingredients

  • 200 g good quality milk chocolate
  • 1 pack of sprinkles

Instructions

  • Lay out 12 silicone cups onto a small baking tray or plate.
  • Break up the chocolate and pop it in a microwave safe bowl.  Melt the chocolate by cooking at 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between each time. Take care not to burn it!
  • Once melted and lump free, drop a spoonful of chocolate into each of the silicone cups.
  • Once all the chocolate has been used up, tap the tray or plate with the silicone cups on onto your work surface to get rid of any air bubbles and to smooth out the layer of chocolate in each cup.
  • Pour the sprinkles into a bowl (I used some red green and white hundreds & thousands which I found in the pound shop but any sprinkles would work), then sprinkle a generous layer on top of the chocolate.
  • Place the tray or plate into the fridge to set for half an hour or so.
  • Pop the Jazzies out of each of the silicone cups, and if you're giving them as gifts, wrap them up.
  • Store them somewhere cool and dry.

Notes

These look lovely in little cupcake boxes or cellophane bags tied with a pretty ribbon!
