Funny Face Apples
These funny face apples take just seconds to make - perfect fun food for lunch boxes, after school snacks and kids party food too!

Ingredients
- 6 eating apples
- 6 marshmallows
- 1 edible marker pen or food colouring
Instructions
- Polish your apples with a clean cloth or kitchen paper.
- With a clean pair of kitchen scissors, cut each marshmallow in half across the width. Push the two cut sides of each marshmallow firmly against each apple to form the eyes. The cut sides will be sticky and should hold themselves in place.
- Dot the middle of each marshmallow 'eye' with an edible marker pen or a cocktail stick dipped in food colouring to make the pupils.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until needed.
Notes
Notes: Depending on the condition of your apples these funny face apples should keep for several days stored in an airtight container in a cool dry place, however the marshmallows may dry out a little after a while.
You can easily scale the recipe up or down according to your needs - make just 1 funny face apple or make a whole army of them to feed a crowd!
