Fun and Easy Easter Fruit Salad
This fun and easy Easter Fruit Salad recipe makes a great healthy Easter dessert or breakfast for kids!

- 200 g green grapes
- 200 g red grapes
- 150 g blueberries
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 thin slice watermelon
- 1 thin slice honeydew melon
- 1 thin slice cantaloupe melon
Wash and slice the grapes lengthways, then place in a large bowl with the blueberries.
Cut and discard the tops from the strawberries, then cut the strawberries into quarters and add to the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the orange juice and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
Pour the juice and syrup mixture over the bowl of fruit, then gently mix it all together with a large spoon until the fruit is coated in the dressing.
Using Easter themed cookie cutters, cut shapes from the melon slices.
Divide the fruit salad between 4 small bowls then top each bowl with the melon shapes to decorate.
