Cake pop mould
Cake pop sticks
squeezy sauce bottle
- 500g tub natural yogurt
- handful of fresh raspberries
Using a teaspoon, place a small amount of yogurt into each compartment in the bottom half of your cake pop mould, being careful not to overfill it. Pop a raspberry on top of each one, hollow side up.
Put the lid on your mould, making sure it is firmly closed and sealed correctly. Spoon yogurt into the squeezy bottle, completely filling it. Use the bottle to fill up each pop compartment with yogurt, refilling the bottle as you run out of yogurt. Don't worry if any of the yogurt escapes into the rest of the mould - you can easily brush it off once they are frozen. I found it quite a messy business, but that's all part of the fun!
Once the pops are all filled, pop a cake pop stick into the top of each one, pushing it down firmly so that it goes all the way through. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until frozen through and ready to eat.
