Ingredients

  • Yogurt of your choice
  • Lego minifigure silicone mould

Instructions

  • Drop small spoonfuls of yogurt into each section of the Lego minifigure silicone mould.  Smooth over the tops, then tap the mould gently on the table to bring any air bubbles to the top.
  • Using a piece of damp kitchen paper, clean away any excess yogurt from the edges of the mould.
  • Place the mould in the freezer for a couple of hours until the shapes are frozen solid, then pop them out onto a plate or bowl to serve.
  • If you find that the yogurt is too hard to eat straight from the freezer, leave on the plate at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.

Notes

Note: You can cover any spare men left in the mould with clingfilm to keep them fresh and pop the mould back into the freezer until you need them.
