Ingredients

  • 200 g raspberry or strawberry yogurt
  • pink sprinkles
  • red sprinkles

Equipment

  • heart shapes silicone mould

Instructions

  • Drop small spoonfuls of yogurt into each section of a heart shaped silicone mould.  Smooth over the tops, then tap the mould gently on the table to bring any air bubbles to the top.
  • Using a piece of damp kitchen paper, clean away any excess yogurt from the edges of the mould.
  • Scatter pink and red sprinkles over the top of each yogurt heart.
  • Place the mould in the freezer for a couple of hours until the shapes are frozen solid, then pop them out onto a plate or bowl to serve.
  • If you find that the yogurt is too hard to eat straight from the freezer, leave on the plate at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before serving.

Notes

Note: You can cover any spare shapes left in the mould with clingfilm to keep them fresh and pop the mould back into the freezer until you need them.
