French Baguettes with Brie and Apple

Ingredients
- 1 small French baguette
- 1 wedge of brie
- 1 apple
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Half fill a bowl with cold water and add a splash of lemon juice.
- Cut the apple into thin slices. As soon as they are cut, pop them into the lemon water. This will help prevent browning.
- Leave to soak for a minute or two, then remove the apple from the water and drain on kitchen paper until dry.
- Cut the baguette into rounds. Slice the brie. Top each round of bread with a slice of brie then finish with a couple of slices of apple for each piece.
