Easy Monster Pretzels

Fun monster pretzels make a great treat for Halloween party food & party favours! This quick & easy Halloween recipe is perfect for kids to make themselves!

Ingredients

  • salted or plain pretzels
  • candy melts any colour or colours of your choice
  • edible candy eyes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas mark 4/350°F).
  • Line a small baking tray with baking paper.
  • Lay out the pretzels in a single layer on the tray.
  • Top each individual pretzel with one candy melt.
  • Place the tray of candy melt topped pretzels into the preheated oven for 1-2 minutes until the candy melts have melted.
  • Working quickly, push a candy eye into the top of each pretzel.
  • Once the tray is cool enough to handle, pop the pretzels into the fridge to chill for 10-15 minutes until completely set.
