Ingredients
For the sprinkle topped glasses:
1small30g bag white chocolate buttons
pink and red sprinkles
For the milkshake:
300mlmilk
1large banana
150gfrozen berries
100gGreek yogurt
Instructions
First prepare the sprinkle topped glasses:
Pop the white chocolate buttons into a small microwavable bowl and melt in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Pour a thick layer of sprinkles into the bottom of a small bowl. Working quickly, turn a glass upside down and dip the rim in the white chocolate to coat, allowing any excess to drip back into the bowl.
Dip the white chocolate coated glass in the sprinkles, so that the sprinkles stick to the chocolate. Hold the glass upside down until the chocolate starts to set, then place to one side to finish setting and repeat with the other glasses until you have as many sprinkle topped glasses as you need.
Once the glasses are ready, make the milkshake:
Place the frozen berries in a blender, or large jug if you are using a stick blender.
Peel the banana, break into chunks and add it to the blender, then add the yogurt too.
Measure out the milk and add to the blender.
Whizz up with the blender until smooth, then pour into the prepare glasses and serve immediately.
