First split and fill your Sandwich Thin with a filling of your choice. I buttered mine and added a slice of cheddar cheese to fill it. Sandwich meats such as ham or roast beef would also work well for a neat and tidy sandwich!

Next, cut off the corners as shown in the video below to shape the Sandwich Thin.

Peel the carrot, including around the rounded end. Cut off a decent sized chunk, then slice it to get the two ears (see the video below if you're not sure how to best slice it)

Trim to two carrot ears at an angle then pop them onto the Sandwich Thin.

Next take a cucumber and cut off a slice about 2.5cm thick. Slice off a piece of the skin and using a small sharp knife, cut out a small triangle to form the nose. Cut off a second piece of cucumber skin, then use a mini circle cutter to cut out two thin cresents.

Add the cucucmber shapes to the sandwich to form the nose and the mouth (see photo above or video below for placement)
