Starfish Yogurt Pots
Finish your Nemo themed picnic with this fun and healthy dessert - Greek yogurt with crunchy granola 'sand' and fruit juice gummy 'starfish'!
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 400 g thick Greek yogurt
- 60 g crunchy granola
- 1 pack Organic gummy star sweets
Instructions
- Spoon yogurt into 4 small plastic tubs and smooth down with the back of the spoon.
- Place the granola into a strong plastic freezer bag and seal. Bash granola with the end of a rolling pin until crushed and sand-like.
- Divide the granola between the 4 tubs, layering over the top of the yogurt.
- Finish by adding 2-3 gummy ‘starfish’ to each pot to decorate.
Notes
Store in the fridge until ready to pack for your picnic.
