These easy frozen watermelon yogurt pops make a great fun and healthy summer snack for kids, with no ice lolly mould needed!

drizzle honey or maple syrupoptional
1round slice seedless watermelon
Place the yogurt in a small bowl with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if using. Stir well to completely combine.
Slice the watermelon round into 6 roughly equal triangles.
Using a small sharp knife, cut a triangle into the middle of each piece and remove.
Push a sharp knife into the rind of each watermelon slice to create a slit for the lolly stick. Push a lolly stick into each watermelon slice.
Place the melon slices on a lined tray or plate. Be sure to check that the tray will fit in your freezer first!
Drop a spoonful of yogurt into the empty triangle inside each watermelon piece. Tap the tray on your workshop to ensure that the yogurt fills underneath the lolly stick too, and top up each slice with a little more yogurt if needed.
Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight until the yogurt is frozen through and solid.
Once frozen, carefully peel the melon pops from the tray, leave them on a plate at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften a little then serve immediately.
Store any leftover pops in an air tight container or bag in the freezer until ready to eat.
