Start by preparing the fruit decorations.
Thread the grapes onto two bamboo skewers - 6 grapes to each skewer.
Thread blueberries onto the two remaining bamboo skewers, to around the same length as the grapes.
Cut a slit in the base of each strawberry, so that they can be pushed onto the side of the glasses.
Pour the cream into a bowl and whip until stiff. Carefully spoon into a disposable piping bag with a large star icing tip.
Once the decorations are ready, along with two clean glasses, make the smoothies.
Place all of the purple smoothie ingredients (frozen blueberries, honey to taste, milk and Greek yogurt) into a blender or food processor. Whizz together on a fast setting until fully blended and smooth
Pour the purple smoothie into the two glasses.
Working quickly, rinse the blender jug and fill with the pink smoothie ingredients (frozen raspberries, honey to taste, milk and Greek yogurt). Whizz together on a fast setting until fully blended and smooth
Carefully pour the pink smoothie into the glasses on top of the purple smoothie. The mixture should be thick enough to rest on top and form two layers.
Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
Decorate with the fruit you prepared earlier - push a grape skewer and a blueberry skewer into each glass (fruit side up!) and add a strawberry to the side of each glass.
Add a couple of paper straws to each glass if wanted and serve immediately.
