Ingredients
250gstrawberries
150gorange candy melts
Instructions
Place the orange candy melts in a small microwave safe bowl and melt following packet instructions.
Line a plate or tray with baking paper. Holding them by the green leaves, dip each of the strawberries into the candy melts to completely cover them.
Place on the lined plate and pop in the fridge for a few minutes until completely set.
Meanwhile, pour the remaining melted candy melt mixture into a disposable piping bag or small freezer bag.
Once the strawberry coating is set, snip off the corner of the piping bag and pipe lines over the strawberries.
Return to the fridge for a few more minutes until completely set.
Notes
Note: The strawberry carrots can be made up to a day in advance and stored in the fridge until ready to serve. Make sure you use very fresh strawberries without any bruising or damage.
