  • 250 g strawberries
  • 150 g orange candy melts

  • Place the orange candy melts in a small microwave safe bowl and melt following packet instructions.
  • Line a plate or tray with baking paper. Holding them by the green leaves, dip each of the strawberries into the candy melts to completely cover them.
  • Place on the lined plate and pop in the fridge for a few minutes until completely set.
  • Meanwhile, pour the remaining melted candy melt mixture into a disposable piping bag or small freezer bag.
  • Once the strawberry coating is set, snip off the corner of the piping bag and pipe lines over the strawberries.
  • Return to the fridge for a few more minutes until completely set.

Note: The strawberry carrots can be made up to a day in advance and stored in the fridge until ready to serve. Make sure you use very fresh strawberries without any bruising or damage.
