No-Bake Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Bars

Easy peanut butter rice crispy bars - this simple no-bake snack bar has just 3 easy-to-find ingredients! Perfect for after school snacks or for a tasty family picnic treat!

  • 275 g peanut butter I used smooth
  • 175 g honey
  • 125 g puffed rice cereal


  • Grease and line a brownie pan with non-stick baking paper.
  • Measure the peanut butter and honey into a large microwave safe bowl and mix together.
  • Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the mixure is boiling and starting to thicken. This will usually take 2-3 minutes.
  • Working quickly, pour the puffed rice cereal into the peanut butter and honey mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Tip the mixture into the lined pan then press down into the tin to form an even layer.
  • Place in the fridge to set for around an hour, then remove and slice into bars.
