Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Split the bagels and place the bottom halves, cut side up, on a baking tray or sheet.
Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over each bagel.
Lay slices of turkey on top, then slice up the mozarella cheese balls and split the slices between all of the bagels.
Finish with a dollop of cranberry sauce on each bagel, then pop the tops back on.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the mozzarella is completely melted.
Leave to cool for a few minutes then serve warm.
