  • 5 or 6 New York Bakery Co Cheese Bagels
  • 1/2 jar cranberry sauce
  • 200 g sliced roast turkey breast
  • 2 x balls of mozzarella
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 extra large pretzels
  • 6 black olives


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  • Split the bagels and place the bottom halves, cut side up, on a baking tray or sheet.
  • Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over each bagel.
  • Lay slices of turkey on top, then slice up the mozarella cheese balls and split the slices between all of the bagels.
  • Finish with a dollop of cranberry sauce on each bagel, then pop the tops back on.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the mozzarella is completely melted.
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes then serve warm.
