Easy Raspberry Yogurt Mousse

4 ingredient easy raspberry mousse made with yogurt and gelatine - this recipe is so easy and a perfect dessert for the kids this Valentines day.

Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh or defrosted frozen raspberries
  • 150 g thick Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tsp honey
  • ½ sachet (6g) powdered gelatine

Instructions

  • Start by popping the gelatine into a small bowl and adding 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until the gelatine powder has completely dissolved.
  • Whizz the raspberries in a blender or food processor.
  • Add the yogurt to the raspberries with the honey to taste and blend until smooth.
  • Add the gelatin mixture to the blender and blend until well combined.
  • Pour the mousse mixture into small ramekins or serving bowls and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until set.
  • Serve straight from the fridge.
