Easy Raspberry Yogurt Mousse
4 ingredient easy raspberry mousse made with yogurt and gelatine - this recipe is so easy and a perfect dessert for the kids this Valentines day.
Servings: 4 people
- 100 g fresh or defrosted frozen raspberries
- 150 g thick Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tsp honey
- ½ sachet (6g) powdered gelatine
Start by popping the gelatine into a small bowl and adding 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until the gelatine powder has completely dissolved.
Whizz the raspberries in a blender or food processor.
Add the yogurt to the raspberries with the honey to taste and blend until smooth.
Add the gelatin mixture to the blender and blend until well combined.
Pour the mousse mixture into small ramekins or serving bowls and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until set.
Serve straight from the fridge.
