These quick an easy cheese & tomato Santa hats make a fun Christmas appetiser or cute and healthy Christmas party food idea for kids!

Ingredients
  • 4 cheese slices (I used mozzarella)
  • 12 baby plum tomatoes
  • 12 mini cheese pearls*
Instructions
  1. Place one slice of cheese on top of another and use a mini circle cutter to cut 6 cheese circles. Repeat with the other two slice of cheese to create 12 cheese circles in total.
  2. Using a small sharp knife, cut one end off each baby plum tomato.
  3. Place the tomatoes cut side down on top of the cheese circles to form hats.
  4. Top each tomato 'hat' with a cheese pearl for the pom pom.
  5. Serve immediately.

*I found mini goats cheese pearls in the supermarket that were perfect for this recipe, however if you can't find them, try cutting up small pieces of mozzarella or pipe on little dots of cream cheese instead.
