British, Vegan, Vegetarian
handful green grapes
Peel the carrot, cut the carrot and cucumber into thick slices. Shape into flowers using mini cutters.
To make each flower, first thread a grape onto a skewer. The grape helps to hold the flower in place and stops it from slipping down the skewer.
Add one or two of the cucumber and/or carrot flowers, then top with a blueberry if wanted.
Place each flower-topped skewer in a glass or vase and repeat until you have made a whole bouquet of edible flowers!
We made a mixture of flowers; some with cucumber and carrot, some with just carrot, some with blueberries and some without.
